Benn adds “In fact a couple of houses in Teguise on our books date back 500 years and are among the oldest on the island.” Not surprisingly, many of these properties fall into a certain price bracket, and the properties in K2 ’s portfolio currently range in price from three hundred thousand euros to nearly €5 million.

Zoe and Benn have always lived away from the crowds in the rural towns and villages of Lanzarote, and it’s this market they know best.
